Hi, I'm Radhiya.

Founder, LeaRN, LLC

I'm a registered nurse with a background spanning NICU and postpartum units, plus community health nursing — and right now, I'm walking through a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program myself, with a focus on maternal-child health and nursing policy.

I started LeaRN because I kept meeting ADN and BSN nurses with the clinical skill and the drive to go further, who got stuck on things that had nothing to do with nursing itself: choosing between programs, formatting a paper in APA 7 for the first time in a decade, or staring at a blank page trying to write a PICOT question. None of that is a knowledge gap in your nursing — it's just a skill set nobody teaches you at the bedside.

LeaRN is the guide I wish I'd had: someone who understands the clinical world you're coming from, the academic world you're heading into, and how to actually make time for both while working full-time.

What I believe

• You already have what it takes Your bedside experience is a real asset in your application and your coursework — not something to downplay.
• Small, consistent steps win You don't need to overhaul your life to finish a degree. You need a realistic plan and someone checking in.
• Tools shouldn't be the obstacle APA, Canva, citation managers — these are learnable skills, not talents you either have or don't.
• New nurses deserve real talk Especially in intense units like L&D, honest, practical guidance beats vague encouragement.

Outside of LeaRN

When I'm not consulting or working on my own DNP coursework, I'm usually training for my next marathon — including the California International Marathon. Distance running and going back to school for an advanced degree have more in common than people expect: both reward a plan, consistency, and showing up on the days it's hard.
